In line with the National HIV and AIDS Action Framework, SAT Malawi has the following priority areas of focus:

• HIV/AIDS prevention and behavior change:-  HTC, PMTCT, TB integration, youth and women.

• Treatment, care and support : -  HBC, palliative care, ART literacy and HIV management

• Impact mitigation:-OVC and PLWHIV support.

• Mainstreaming, partnerships and capacity building:- gender mainstreaming, capacity build of CBOs and their coordination.

• Building competence in HIV and AIDS advocacy to ensure that community voices are heard and that national policies respond to community needs.
