SAT Mozambique

 Introduction

SAT Mozambique is a country office of the Regional SAT organisation with operations in five other countries (Malawi, Lesotho, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe).

SAT Mozambique has been operational in the country since 1992. Currently SAT is working in the south of Mozambique (Maputo city, Maputo, Gaza and Inhambane provinces). The programme has 22 partner organisations that are receiving direct funding and technical support.

SAT Mozambique plans to expand and scale up the programme to the central part of the country. SAT Mozambique is a member of the National Network of NGOs working in Health and HIV/AIDS (NAIMA +) and JOINT (NGOs League).
