HIV/AIDS Prevention (HAPN) Project   PEC, NET, EC, O Raised awareness of HIV and AIDS in Mufulira district, and along both sides of the border between Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo in Mokambo area.
Kabompo AIDS Programme (KAP) HC, CO, CABA, PEC, PES, EC KAP provided comprehensive interventions for HIV and AIDS that included Community and Peer Education, Home Based Care; Gender, Human Rights (with special emphasis on children and women’s rights) and the partner is in the process of starting VCT. The partner has also heightened awareness about gender and HIV in the Kabompo area where traditional and cultural beliefs and practices disadvantage women and children. Addressed issues of HIV related stigma and discrimination, and the challenges of providing care and support for PLWHA in their communities.
Kuba Lusa Community Based Organisation (Kuba Lusa) HC, CO, CABA, PEC, PES, EC Kuba Lusa provided comprehensive HIV and AIDS interventions in the context of traditional leadership orientation. The partner was established and run through the Royal Establishment of Senior Chief Kasempa and through this project, the partner has raised awareness and triggered interest to challenge and address traditional issues and practices (such as spouse inheritance; circumcision of several/many persons using one knife) that provide pre-disposure to HIV infection. Through outreach activities the project has been an effective channel of getting messages across to the community.
Kwenuha Women’s Association CO, PES, AD, NET, ESO Reformed commercial sex workers from the "sex trade". Provided HIV and AIDS interventions, including home based care and income generating activities.   
Loloma Mission Hospital HC, CO, CABA, PEC, PES, EC, CC, O   Mobilised and built the competence, of its community in initiating and implementing HIV/AIDS community interventions, notably CABA support; promoted the involvement and participation of local traditional leadership.
Monze Mission Hospital HC, CO, CABA, CABA(S), PEC, PES, EC, CC, O Sharpened its skills in planning and resource mobilisation; organisation has become a premier SWW facilitator to other SAT partners.
Sisters of the Sacred Heart   HC, CO, CABA, CABA(S), PEC, EC, O Accomplished scaling up support for CABA; increased skills base in many areas of programming.  – particularly planning and reporting
St. Kalemba Mission Hospital (St. Kalemba) HC, CO, CABA, PEC, EC, CC Mobilised community members in the surrounding villages to start addressing issues of HIV and AIDS. Through the comprehensive activities of Peer /Community Education; Home Based Care; economic activities, and PLWHA support groups, the partner has facilitated community response in dealing with HIV and AIDS issues.
St Francis Community HBC Programme for HIV/AIDS HC, CO, CABA, PEC, NET, EC,  Widened programming to include VCT and related psychosocial support
Tikondane Home Based Care Foundation   HC, CO, CABA, PEC, O Gained exposure through SWW and improved its programme management skill base; acquired resource mobilisation skills; managed to raise resources from new providers.
Traditional Health Practitioners of Zambia (THPAZ) AD, NET, PES Advocated for and promoted traditional medicine and traditional healers. Provided HIV/AIDS related remedies to members of the general public in need.
Twafane Christian Community Care Centre HC, CO, CABA, PEC, PES, O Provided HIV and AIDS interventions including home base care to the community and also addressed issues of CABA and community outreach educational sensitization.
Wilson’s Orphan and Street Kids Centre CO, CABA,CABA(S), PEC. PES, AD, NET, EC, O Provided foster home and community school education, as well as supported orphaned and vulnerable children who attended public schools with basic education requirements such as books, school fees and uniforms.
Young Women's Christian Association of Zambia    CO, CABA, CABA(S), PEC, PES, AD, NET, EC, O Mobilised and reached many youths in Lusaka through the Youth Skills Enterprise Initiative (YSEI); managed to increase its skills base in various areas such as M&E, advocacy, Strategic Planning and Resource Mobilisation. 
Youth Media CO, CABA, CABA(S), PEC, PES, AD, NET, EC, O Provided quarterly newsletters and special editions, advocated and campaigned for youth sensitive and responsive approaches in reproductive health and HIV and AIDS.
Zambia Red Cross Society HC, CO, CABA, CABA(S), PEC, EC, O Increased skills base in various areas such as M&E, advocacy, Strategic Planning and Resource Mobilisation; researched many youths through the Youth Skills Enterprise Initiative (YSEI).
ZARAN CO, CABA, CABAS, PEC, PES, AD NET, EC, O Advocated and supported the rights of people living with HIV and ADIS znc provided rights based prevention, care and support interventions.
ZANERELA+ AD, NET, PES Empowered religious leaders living with, or personally affected by HIV and AIDS to live openly by using their own experiences to help people in their various religious communities cope with their situations. Fought religious based HIV and AIDS related stigma and discrimination.
Zimba Mission Hospital HC, CO, CABA, PEC, PES, CC, O Established community based HIV and AIDS interventions initiative activities.
Chisomo HC, CO, CABA, PEC, PES, ES, CABA, CABAS Carries out community outreach education on HIV and AIDS and community home based care.
Face to Face Foundation HC, CO, CABA, PEC, AD, EC Provided home care and peer education activities in the compounds of their community.
