Organisation to Organisation (OTO) mentoring is a tried and tested SWW mechanism to assist SAT partners to introduce new activities or approaches into their work or to provide capacity building support for new community AIDS initiatives. To be effective mentoring should be a continuous process and part of a comprehensive programme of capacity building through the SWW that includes study visits, field support and training.
